One of the most crucial parts of the process is ensuring that all required documents are in place before you register a new company. 1. Identity Proof of Directors and Shareholders

  • Passport (mandatory for foreign nationals) 
  • Voter ID or Aadhaar Card as additional proof

2. Address Proof of Directors and Shareholders

  • Passport (for foreign nationals) 
  • Photograph and proof of residence

6. Memorandum and Articles of Association (MoA & AoA)

Both documents must be digitally signed by all subscribers to the memorandum. Incorrect or incomplete details in these documents are a common reason for application rejections when you register a new company.
