What is SPICe+?

  • PAN and TAN Issuance: The form automatically applies for Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Tax Deduction and Collection Account Number (TAN).
  • GST Registration: Users can apply for Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN) within the same application.
  • EPFO and ESIC Registration: The form facilitates registration with the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) and Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC).
  • Profession Tax Registration: This is particularly relevant for businesses operating in states like Maharashtra.
  • Bank Account Opening: The SPICe+ form simplifies the process of opening a bank account by providing necessary details to banks along with the Certificate of Incorporation.
